I can't let the month of September go by without putting some nonsense in this space. Especially since I renew my hosting service this month. So I have actually been busy lately, which is strange. Work wasn't all that crazy until these past few weeks. I'm actually glad to be busy again because I'm doing some interesting stuff. Of course, every time I do something interesting, that project ends up getting canned or what I do becomes unnecessary. I also moved offices. We had a reorg recently and my group became part of the group I used to be part of before the reorg before this last reorg. My big gripe about my new office is that it is so insanely bright. I feel like I'm getting skin cancer sitting here. But other than that it's not so bad.

The other bit of busy-ness has been the home situation. I'm set to close on a place in a couple of weeks if I can scrape together all of the bling needed for closing. Or I'll kiss my deposit adieu. I haven't kissed anything in a while so that might not be so bad.
